Right now, the team is just Ellie, and she's involved in every part of the business, from first contact through to the final result. That means you always know who you're dealing with, and you get a consistent, personal approach from start to finish.

I've worked in financial services for over 13 years, 8of those in dedicated paraplanning roles. I like the detail-heavy side of the industry, especially where clear structure helps advisers give good advice.
I've also managed a team of 14 paraplanners while still writing my own research and suitability reports, which taught me a lot about keeping work consistent without losing sight of what advisers actually need. At a previous firm I helped rework a large suitability report template, and I like making processes that are efficient without piling more work on the people using them.
I'm AuDHD and chronically ill, and I'm open about both. Being neurodivergent shapes how I work: I tend to spot improvements and approaches other people might miss, and that sits well alongside my organised, methodical way of working.
I like being the person behind the scenes who makes an adviser's output consistent and reliable. There's real satisfaction in well-structured, compliant advice and a process that just runs smoothly.
Outside work, I'm a big reader (Greek mythology and historical fantasy, mostly), I like switching off with a good video game, and I'm also happy outdoors going for walks with the dog or my family. I also dabble in amateur photography.
I like to keep things a little different too. The samurai photo you will see was taken during a visit to the Samurai Museum in Tokyo. It is a memorable moment from a recent trip and a small reflection of my interest in history and culture.
